Transparent Starting Rates
Standard residential cleaning starts at CA$35 per hour, per cleaner. Move-in and move-out cleaning starts at CA$40 per hour, per cleaner.
The estimated duration and total cost depend on:

- The number of cleaners required
- The specific tasks and priorities
- Any optional add-ons
Customers will receive a personalized estimate before the service is confirmed.
Weekly Cleaning Plan
Cleaning once per week for three months.
Save 10% — $31.50 per hour, per cleaner
Save with a 3-Month Cleaning Plan
Three-month plans are subject to availability. Pricing applies to the agreed recurring-cleaning checklist. Deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, and optional add-ons are priced separately. The total cost of each visit depends on the cleaning time and number of cleaners required.
Note: Your first cleaning is charged at the regular rate of $35 per hour, per cleaner. The discounted rate begins with your second completed visit.
